Quality

The work carried out using the mold is always superior to that of traditional or prefabricated construction because the whole building forms a single monolithic body that is highly resistant to earthquakes, gale-force winds or any other climatologic phenomenon.

The structural resistance of reinforced concrete is well known. The housing disasters which occur continuously around the world due to weather would not arise in MONOLITHIC buildings of reinforced concrete. With adequate structural calculations a multi-story building could be knocked over without suffering any damage.

Furthermore, the buildings have other essential characteristics such as absolute acoustic and thermal insulation and high fire resistance.

Regarding the finishing of the buildings, the patented PUJOL-BARCONS System facilitates the completion of the buildings due to the precise and repetitive measurements. In addition, the hanging of the doors, windows and other elements which make up the finishing work, are perfectly set.
