Engineering and Design ServiceOur Technical Department studies each project in great detail, laying out the best solutions for its development with the molds. Basically, this program includes the following features:
1. Designing the molds to be used for the execution of the project, based on the architectural plans provided by the client.
2. Developing the manufacturing plans for the complete Mold(s), with all parts, pieces, accessories and safety scaffolding for its operational efficiency on-site.
3. Developing assembly plans for piecing the molds together, with the necessary specifications of the sequence of operations to be carried out in each phase of work.
4. Studying the optimization of the rotations and movements of the mold(s) so as to achieve the daily cycle of construction.
5. Continuous technical support to the client.
On site technical advice Service
This constitutes a product in itself, offered and supplied according to the specific demand of each client for the start-up of the construction and the appropriate technical assistance at all times. Our team of technical advisors and specialists pay special attention so that they fulfill the duties of an innovative technology for the mass-produced construction of buildings. The work and coordination tasks of our Advisors end up with the proper use of the System to achieve optimum results and guarantee the life of the mold under optimal conditions. Their main tasks are to:
1. Verify, check and assemble all of the equipment when it arrives on-site.
2. Organize and plan the operational sequence on-site.
3. Train the work groups in the correct handling of the equipment and help them acquire the adequate pacer of construction.
4. Technical and operational support on-site.
Selling or renting the mold
Any of these alternatives will be personally studied and will be proposed according to the needs of the client and each project at the time of contracting.
Restoration of molds
We carry out the necessary tasks of redesigning the mold and its adaptation to the new project, as well as completing the cleaning, adjusting, straightening and replacement of original parts and accessories for its perfect start-up. This increases the useful life of the mold, making it possible for it to be used 200 times or more a year, and thus further reducing costs in each of the projects executed with the same equipment.
Building the "Shell and core"
Another of the variants offered to the client is contracting for "shell and core" construction. It is an ideal formula for the client to be able to verify the working of the mold, its performance and the quality of the construction, as well as train the specialized mold construction teams.
