Quality Policy
The fundamental objective of the senior management team at Pujol Barcons, is to ensure the quality of the moulds and safety systems manufactured, in order to offer its clients full guarantee of activities and thus achieve their complete satisfaction, by committing to:
1. Offer maximum precision of the mould and complete control made possible by the system, resulting in great quality constructions. To achieve this, the best possible technology, latest developed tools, accredited processes of manufacture and production installation are used.
2. Establish the continued improvement as a performance principle, optimising human resources and supplies, including raw materials, all this focused on the permanent improvement in the efficiency of the processes and respect for the environment, avoiding contamination. This way, yearly objectives, focused on achieving benefits and improvement of activities, can be set and controlled.
3. Fulfil all the legal requirements and standards, as this of highest priority in the company. Satisfying the requirements offered to the client, strengthens confidence and assumes a large share of the market.
4. Employ qualified and motivated workers, given that the high exigency imposed on the products requires it. For this, the conscientiousness and continued training of the workforce are of utmost importance, being a fundamental pillar for development. Each employee is responsible for the quality of the works.
5. Check, via periodic inspections, the effectiveness of the organisation system and degree of achievement of the objectives set. This policy is revised annually ensuring its suitability.
6. Spread and communicate this policy, both internally and externally, with the aim that it is known by all.
